Wandermeter is controlled from a PC running the
WanderView PC-software and measures the wander of a connected clock or data signal. During the measurement, the WM-11 Wandermeter acts as a sampling front-end.
This mode has no limitation in sampling rate (<30 Sa/s) and
number of stored samples
